Events for young people
at the Centre Pompidou

The Espace Ados at the Centre Pompidou is partnering the Théâtre de Gennevilliers for the 2009-2010 season. 

In December 2009, the Centre Pompidou is opening a new dedicated space for teenage visitors: the Espace Ados. In partnership with the Théâtre de Gennevilliers, the new space offers a programme of events from January to June 2010:

- On five Saturdays throughout the season, artists working in a range of disciplines at the Espace Ados will lead young people aged 13 to 16 in a series of workshops related to shows at the Théâtre de Gennevilliers.

- On five Saturdays throughout the season, artists, authors and directors/producers from the Théâtre de Gennevilliers take carte blanche to work with young visitors to the Espace Ados at the Centre Pompidou.

This unique series of contemporary art events encourages shared experiences and artistic exchange between young participants from a wide range of backgrounds, who will become ambassadors for the initiative.
